As far as i know, Disney is not new in VC:MP, he's playing since several months.

Secondly, a guy named something like "Duplicator" was also using such hack, i doubt he's the same guy.

Absolutely not.  Another player (I can't recall the name) kept spamming that you were using a "wall hack."  At first I thought he meant you were wallglitching, so I started spectating you.  You were driving your car into the sides of buildings, and each time you did your call would pass through the building and you would fall into the ground, then reappear in a different part of the map.  One time, you drove directly through a parked car and it didn't slow you down or cause you to turn at all. 

You even contradicted yourself in your ban appeal.  "I don't know what a wall hack is" ...  "I won't do it again, please forgive me."

   Really?

The rules are very specific about not using hacks/mods in the server.  I'm sorry but you will have to wait until your ban is over to return.
