There is no way to test ones suitability for the mission and they will all go insane and kill each other and shit
On big brother, they can still throw someone out. But you can't be thrown off mars. Nobody can tell in what sort of human being you will turn, if you are stuck on this shitty giant piece of rock and sand for the rest of your life.

Of the named planets, I don't think we will ever inhabitant any. They are too far away.
