Impersonating and Trying to access players account

Dear,
        Riders what proof you have i impersonating and trying to access accounts .we are 8 brother in my family and they all play GTA VC MP  on my PC.If they use  a name which is already register so i don't know about that but i open a ID yesterday for my brother with that name CRISTIANORONALDO7 .First i use CRISTIANORONALDO it says name already registerd then i  make it CRISTIANORONALDO7 .I choose this name because  my brother is a fan of C.Roanldo . If you don't believe then check my IP address on this server its online  more then 15 hours in a day.[VU]Riders give me proof about that i try to access accounts of player then i will not  do Ban appeal.

                   What The Hell  is going with these admins .I am [Elv]Durkhani1 i using  my brother pc and id  for asking help to you [dna]bryce but i tell you my name and you ban me without saying any word .You know that what is the meaning of admin .Wait i tell you  admin means a man/women who take care about his PC,Gaming Console,Server members  etc. Which he is using but you are a admin like a shit. Because you believe if your any friend say something to you then you believe .First you need to prove for ban someone .I have a proof i did't do which [VU]Riders said i  will send you all logs then check it. But that's not fair members need proof and admin didn't need.

Thats because your ISP is providing you with dynamic IP address which changes every time you restart your router, the subnet is same.
