I wonder how good you will be if you will be a admin. Being an admin is not the easiest thing to do here than jerking like you at the server. Everyday there are admins online, but maybe when you play most of the admins are sleeping? Depends on timezone, bro.

Tired of cheaters? Don't cry, record them and post here or look at IRC if a admin is online.

Who said these admins are inactive? Maybe they're developers and working at the scripts? Maybe they're inactive, but temporary? Maybe they got someone they can't join the server like they are on vacation? Maybe someone died in their family and they aren't in the mood to manage the server?

Yeah , of course. We wait for them to 'show' us their hacks, to record them. And then we 'hope' some admin will take it seriously to take some action.

We don't want all admins at the same time. We just need atleast any one of them.And i'm pretty sure they all don't study, piss, work, eat, chill with friends etc, at the same time.

I wonder from which number of coincidences were an admin was not present in an emergency the statement 'never' was generalized. Also the definition of 'needed' is very spongy. Most of the time when i'm online i only see reports for new house interiours or false reports because pissed off newbs abuse the report command.

To make it clear. Many of us have a life and do not spend the majority of our days online, because we instead work, study or have families to take care of. We are not bots that will respond when commanded. Take a look at the cheater report topic. Personally i know of no hacker that hacked here beyond a week's time. We have quite a success rate in banning troublesome players of roughly 90% over time, and the rest 10% are one-day flies who leave after hacking once.
Even if we employ admins from different time zones - which we already did and still do - there will always be coincidences where no admin will be online. That's how life works. I may remind you that littlewhitey's is not a company, we are not hired and don't receive payment for our work as admins. The reason why we voluntarily spend most of our actual free time to watch over the server is solely that we care.

I can't pay my mortgage with this, or my taxes, not my car repairs, not the electricity bills, no insurance, i can't support my family with this work or even feed myself, but still spend more hours per day with it than i would on an actual job on a normal workday. And all of that because i have had fun here and i want to preserve it and make it possible for others to feel the same. All i am asking in return is just a little consideration and patience.
