A massive thank you again to everyone who took part, or at least tried. I picked the 3 winners by using
MATLAB's randperm command, by producing a random index into the list of winners and listing the first three.
Needless to say, the winners were picked at
complete random using MATLAB, which is a software package dedicated to this type of stuff. Here are the commands I used, and the results of who won:
