Shouldn't rules be same for ALL??

Okay, now scenario is I was banned on 2 sept for just 'saying' that i was Harsh(Harsh was banned that time), And i was given the same ban duration as Harsh. Here is the reason given





And today, Tidra claimed to be Neno(Neno is banned currently). Shouldn't he be treated the same as i was, or why wasn't I treated as he is(which is NOTHING)
Here is the 'Proof' that admins always DEMAND






Now, I am not asking to Ban Tidra or anything. I am just saying why all are not treated the SAME?? with SAME rules and SAME punishments??

I was banned before for claiming to be Hyp3r, but that was my fault. No one knew who I was cause I was undercover, and I pm'ed everyone saying that I'm him, who was permanently banned at that time.

Tidra wouldnt claim to be Neno if you had not keep assuming that he's Neno, and asking about it. His name wasn't even near Neno, how'd you come up with the idea of him being Neno? Neno is safely banned out there, you don't have to worry about the staff team's duty.
