Nick used whilst ingame: Mahrozulamin
Time and Date that you were banned: 13/12/15
Suspected Reason (if any): Alt Tabbing
IP Address: 39.49.31.157
Admin that banned you (if known): Foxtrot
Extra notes: I don't even know whats alt tabbing.
 This guy is just taking revenge from me for the report I made on him and for killing him in game, why dafaq would I break rules infront of admin ???

This makes me sad. Your report against me not only had no effect on my position but also has no business being brought into discussion here, in this ban appeal. Let me make this clear: My judgement was NEVER influenced by my personal feelings towards people who made reports against me. Breaks my heart to see people are thinking this way.

Back to the report, this is as simple as it gets: Upon knocking down, I shot you with spaz shotgun, close range, and you didn't take any damage.

I'll gladly unban you if you can provide proof that you did not, in fact, alt tab.

 How should I provide a proof when I didn't do anything ? How would I know that you are going to ban me and I should prepare a proof ??

Edit: Your ban has been extended to 1 week due to massive flooding. In case you decide to keep flooding the chat, i will extend your ban period even further.

After having a deeper investigation on this ban appeal and after discussing with other staff members and all the parties involved, the management has come to the decision to unban Mahrozulamin.

We've come to the conclusion that Mahrozulamin did not actually evade death by minimizing the game or by any other means and that his unnecessary ban was simply a misjudged call by an admin.

This was an unfortunately hard case due to the lack of evidence provided but we rely on our expertise on people as well as a few facts from older events involving the other party.

Apart from the unban, no further actions are taken against either sides at this time due to lack of hard evidence.
