This guy uses FoV modifications/widescreen through ASI files/modloader. He busted himself by posting vids with him using it.

1600x900 or anything else shouldn't cause any problems, many people that you yourself know use it and suffer no issues.
The widescreen fix is an ASIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII file and they were blocked updates ago.
There's a lot of ways around it. Also your knowledge about widescreen/FoV mods is beyond pathetic so refrain from posting if you don't want to make yourself look like a dumbass.
