Report has been resolved by Usman with 4 weeks of ban. As per Disney's hacking issue, I abstain from overruling his ban as this is Usmanulamin's discretion.

I just realized the guy just deactivated his accounts both here and in our forums without even letting me know his side. However in my opinion VCMP's shot register is not perfect and I assume the guy coming from India is just lagging. Just my 2 cents.

Nonetheless he left me with a note (while I was afk) that he's leaving voluntarily in the clan and leaving the game as well. But Disney if you're reading this, just appeal in the forums and explain your side.

As for my decision, i am yet 100% sure that there is no doubt he was hacking, disney is my friend as well but i can't ignore high severity violations.

I'll explain the scenario, i was playing game with an undercover nick to catch the spawn campers at hatians spawn, disney was clearly camping at the spawn and killed me at least 5-7 times, the guy promised to another that he'll make a 100 spree or something like that, i first ignored his spawn camping and thought i'll warn him from my own nick before i give him a ban, sooner i tried to kill disney with the M6, disney was not trying to kill me with m4 (he was fbi skin) he was just roaming around me with uzi in hand, i tried my best to kill him with perfect shots but his hp didn't fell, i thought it might be lag issues so i changed my skin to the hatians with spaz and followed him to kill using spaz, unfortunately i was unable to record the scene but as soon as i tried to kill him using spaz, the impact was similar to these videos:

Sharing these videos to give you an idea about what the impact was.

So, if you guys think this impact is due to lag, managers and fellow admins confirm that this happens due to lag, ill unban him right away and will apologize for banning him.

P.s, i also saw him connecting from Sweden with a different nick that clearly shows he was trying to evade his ban, if he was not hp hacking, he should have made an appeal (which he removed within 2mins after posting) and clarified his situation.
