That's a vc-mp related bug. It happens to any player playing with an analog controller such as ps2/pse3/xbox 360 etc, it's been a bug on vc-mp since 0.1a
I'm not exactly sure why though. It's something to do with the input difference between analog sticks and keyboard. analog controllers use "analog" hence the name where as keyboard input is digital with a simple 1/0 when the keys are entered. Something is causing the animation to not sync where as the coordinates being synced as you can see.
