Forgot Username and/or Password [Solved]

Hey ladies and gents
I've forgotten my username and password. I think I know the password but not necessarily the username - could someone PM me both, please? Don't quite know how to prove that I own this account though - ask me some cryptic security question, I guess? Or just some simple maths puzzle will do as well  ;) Thanks!
