Additional information: In the above 1st pictures you can see that i knocked him down several times, but he didn't lose his hp.
In other pictures you can see i knocked him down again, and some of my team mates were shooting him, but he wasn't losing his health.
I know i need a video in evidence, but since my video recorder's trial version has been expired so. I hope these screen-shots are enough to prove that he was health hacking.
Another point which needs to be noted is, he was checking for admins repeatedly.
