Abdo you did indeed advertise which is against the rules therefore you were muted and should not rejoin the server in order to unmute yourself. However, in my opinion you were muted for a much longer period of time than was necessary. Now I know that there is no actual solid "definition" of how long a player should be muted by an admin but in my opinion you should have been unmuted straight after the admin told you not to advertise not a minute or two later.
