You were banned for typing /q in combat. I don't remember the exact names of the players involved however, I witnessed it via spectate.

There was 2 players on cop team at Downtown yourself and another player. [ON]Wishwanath was on the green team at downtown. You and another player were 2v1ing him when his health became extremely low like 5-10hp. He ran to the pharmacy !heal spot and when he reached inside the two cops (yourself and another player)  chased him inside but he timed a well placed shot with the stubby that knocked both you and the other player onto the ground. As he was about to kill both of you laying on the ground in front of you, you typed /q.
