Additional information: Watch carefully as he's shooting and catching up to me when I'm running steadily straight. You can also see that when he releases the sprint button to shoot, the distance between us slightly increases, and as he does it few more times, he's out of pistol range, then he catches up to me again (when I'm running steadily straight) and reaches the range again. And no, even though I was recording, my FPS rate was steady 30 as you can see yourself so nothing was slowing me down.

I have seen in some cases moving very fast, and I can never kill him, for me is speed hack, but leaves it to another manager/admin
