Additional information: I changed my nick and spawned as a cop in Downtown, When I spawed there, I saw NikY.Wolf shooting there Foley was there too, I tried to go near Niky, But Foley shot Niky and Niky felt down, after being knockdown Niky typed !getcar to evade being killed, check the chat, skin color and body under hydra. Unfortunately i could not record the scene but the screenshot clearly shows that while fighting with Foley, Niky type's !getcar to evade his death, niky banned other players for the same violation and he as an admin is breaking the same rule himself. Niky banned Mahrozulamin for the same reason (http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,25583.0.html) and i would let managers handle the report.

Well, it's hard to decide here, it's just a pic. We can see him and the plane over him, it's clear he typed !getcar to "protect" himself maybe, but it's just a pic, we can't see if this happened in that sequence, if he get knocked down and instantly typed !Getcar to death evade or make wall behind his body.
We recommend a video if you are talking about death evade... Managers will decide this time.

1) He know, I don't evade bcz I was running
