Id say the best way for beginners is to gang up (stronger in a pack) and take turfs then you can all gamble or buy properties ect after you have
made your first bit of cash from turfs then just watch your monies go up! buy better weapons and start hunting bounties ect

If you don't wanna lose your cash, but wanna make a race, then make a race that finishes way out in the ocean and deagle the race winners to death and grab their loot.

You may also get a few $$$ as tips for such a great race!

Basically... I just raced until I got cash, then bought props, earning money until I had a full bank, then I set up how I would buy my spawn weapons in the cheapest way possible.
Also, to save a bit of cash, I try to raid armor out of SWAT trucks (The ones that give you armor when you enter the driver seat)

To save a buck, when you get food to heal yourself, you go to the bank and eat candy and sprunk. Its the cheapest way to stay "healthy" in the game
