I managed to fix permission of VC-MP donators not being able to post in Suggestion Board of SA-MP section.

But it looks like you're able to post in VC-MP donator board and unturned board, can you confirm again?

I think it might be a script bug because I'm almost certain wrongly set permissions are not causing this..
