Personally, it's hard for me to vote because all of the other active admins have been very helpful and friendly to me over the last year.
I guess if I had to choose one it would be Riders.  Too many times he has picked up the pieces from my noobish mistakes, and offered valuable input.  However I do have to give a shout-out to Noori and Tarkan as well    Thanks for making my vcmp experience better!
