I warned you the other day about possible effects of not having a pc that's good enough to run gta v smoothly, and i even told you i wasn't sure if your pc meets the minimum requirements. Now we're aware of the consequences, although nobody stops you from trying the suggestions by spit.
Always update games/apps/whatever the shit is to the latest version, at least judging by my experience. More likely it will improve the gameplay and everything that comes along rather than worsen it.
