Reason for the report: unban a player when he has not the permission.

Additional information: This was a report I made on the player "Hunting", because he has been banned by Valak/Nicky Wolf for a death evad (Nicky wolf/Valak knew that he death evaded from logs). Watch his unban appeal: http://forum.littlewhiteys.co.uk/index.php/topic,27632.0.html . He has been banned for a month and his ban expire is on  31/01/2017.  The next day I saw him playing in the server and I reported him. But Tarkan unbanned him. In my report " Hunting ban evad " he said that I need an evidence for banning him for the death evad, but Valak said that Hunting has been banned again because Tarkan has not the permission for unban Hunting.
