I like p4t because he's the only admin that rewards 1st players with 300000$ unlike other admins they only give 100000$ 
It depends on the event. If it's just a simple point A to point B race I'll award 1st $200k, 2nd $100k, 3rd $50k and if it's race with more players I'll award 4th $25,000. I don't do bigger races (circuits) much anymore because somebody always cheats and ruins it. I have everyone using the same skin to make it easier to follow who is racing, but of course it's also makes it harder to keep track of who followed the course since everyone blends in. It goes without saying but it's much easier to do these races with the help of another admin.
Other events that involve teams and multiple winners I'll award $100k per player, and if it's an event that has only one winner like hydra dodge, derby or boxing, I'll award the winner $200k.
