Hacked By AsWa is a message that appears if running a hacked version of VCMP.It isn't actually hacked in any way, it's just changed to look like it has been[for example, when you press F6 it gives their info, not the creators]it is also a lot sturdier than the normal VCMP, but not hacks etc added.

It's a version on vcmp that allows hacks to be used easier or something. I remember seeing it when looking for ways to mod cars on Vice city.
