download your mod
And go to your gta folder and there will be folder " Models" and open the file "gta3.img" .
open this with the help of "Dirmanager" software.
And there will be files "pcj600.txd and pcj600.dff" .
Replace these files with other files you downloaded.
 Hope you will get it.
