Try to get access to someone's account

Hey Admins,

I just have a little confusion with this thing..
I have 2 scenarios, tell me does this rule break applies on both of them or not..

Scenario 1:
Suppose I want name "Play Boy" and I don't know someone has used it before.. I connect to server it tells this account exist.. I quit..

Scenario 2:
Suppose I want name "Play Boy" and I don't know someone has used it before.. I connect to server it tells this account exist.. I try /login..

The second one means "Impersonating" that you're using someone's nickname and obviously if he reported about that someone is "Impersonating" him, you will probably be banned.
To avoid this for the new players, if you joined the server with a nickname, and it's already registered try to use another so that to avoid the case of the impersonation.

Oh, sorry when I was newbie I impersonated one player.. Sorry for that I didn't knew this thing..
