The drown was absolutely justified in my opinion as you've been told prior to this to report people via the /report command.
A drown isn't that much a big deal. Seriously what do you expect from us staff members if players keep reporting cheaters in the main chat as in a spam, well let me tell you something it doesn't boost our speed to handle the case, instead of that we're getting frustrated because we can't do our job in the appropriate way. I don't know about the others, but I'm getting in panic when players start to spam in the main chat by reporting players who are using cheat(s)/hack(s) which makes it harder for me to handle it. The reason why I'm getting in panic is simple, I will just copy and paste a sentence from Tarkan post, here :
because you can alert the hacker that he's been spotted and he can leave the server without us catching him hacking. As Tarkan stated earlier and also the other admins, there's a command
/report ,
make use of it.
