Adjusting frame limit option !!

  Hi !!
I am a vcmp player , and I love LW server very much  !!
But my pc very low at configuration (1GB ram and speed : 1,60 Ghz)  !!
I can not play at 45-60 fps in game if frame limit still turn on  !!
→ So , please Admin adjusts frame limit option , allow On/Off !!!

Why it is disallowed to switch between on/off ? Is there any disadvantages behind turning frame limiter on ?

→ I can't not play game with 45~60 fps if frame limit turn on ,
when I connect to LW server and play , I tried goto game option and turn off frame limit , but frame limit still on
, I can't not turn off frame limit in LW server ,     
→ I hope admin will adjust frame limit On/Off , so i can turn off frame limit and play game at 45~60 fps in LW
