To state what i was doing at the moment was like i was on Low Hp,i did /kill to respawn..I was running here and there and found no one chasing me,so i came up with the idea to kill myself/suicide..I didn't know you guys were chasing me,but next time i will take care of back too...!

Not a random player, a staff member caught you and you want to give advantage of this situation saying that there are no evidence. Not only witnesses, there is a video that rorro recorded and it's clear how 3 players were fighting you and you only decided to run and evade.
