Use the "modify" option if you want to add extra stuff to your post.
I don't think this is spawn-killing because the player spawn protection was no longer valid by that time when PureEvil shot at him, and yeah it might look like that he was spawn-killing since PureEvil was shooting at the spawn place of cops, but I guess he had no choice left because the opponent was just standing there, without moving from that position.
