31 There are going to be two tournaments? What does it mean? Yes indeed. The tournament will be divided into two separate events. One will consist in circuit and ordered races whereas the other is going to be about air, sea and drifting races.

The reason to divide it comes from the following two facts. First, if a player is considered an accomplished driver it does not necessary mean this will be the case for races based on non ground vehicles or competitions rewarding skills that do not consist purely of speed and agility. The second reason to split the tournament in two is that we are going to race weekly, which means it will get too long and the intention is to finish the tournament before the end of the year.
The title says there are going to be Steam rewards, is it true?
That is correct. I will personally reward the players that finish the tournament in the first three positions. This will be done through Steam Gift Cards as my intention is not to force my own personal taste of videogames on people while also avoiding the possibility of buying a game you already own. That way you will be able to buy games of your liking, or spend it into skins/crates/hats of games you already have or simply use the money to gift a videogame to a friend. First position will be rewarded with
$20, second with
$10 and third with
$5. These money values represent US dollars and Euros. Bear also in mind, if a game you are trying to buy costs more money than the amount you have earned during this tournament, you can also participate in other future events that I will also reward and use the money you stacked from many events to reach the value needed; waiting for a season sale to spend the money is also a smart decision.
Methodology and rules of the tournament
1st place 10 points.
2nd place 7 points.
3rd place 5 points.
4th place 3 points.
5th place 2 points.
Making it to the finish line before the race is over will be rewarded with 1 point.
Breaking a lap record during the course of the race grants you 3 extra points in top of the ones you earned.
- Signing up for the event is not necessary. By being in the start checkpoint you will be automatically become part of it.
- All races will be hosted with protection ON with no exceptions. This will avoid roadblocks, rustlers and cheaters messing with the event, among other things.
- Vehicles will be chosen by the players. All races will be hosted under the option of vehicle: Any. Admins will not provide vehicles for you, thus, this is a good opportunity to buy yourself a house!
- Vehicles bought from the special shop with extra nos are not allowed in this event. You can only participate with the common Gta San Andreas vehicles.
- All races will become part of the event, with the exception of the AASA fragments in the ordered list. Here you can see a list of all the races in the server: Click me
- The number of laps for each circuit will always be 2 with the exception of the short circuits; those will be hosted with the maximum amount of laps available.
- Each and every race is going to be hosted with a symbolic prize of $1,000,000 reparted between the three winners. Ingame money is not going to be the protagonist of this tournament.
- Start line will be defined by whoever arrives first. This is why it is important to be punctual and careful. A good start is a factor that affects the finish line results, so stay focused!
- If you crash (timeout) during the race you wont be able to return to the race and, logically, you will have to wait for the next race to keep competing. As long as one racer remains driving, the race will not be hosted again.
- The only three exceptions that will end with a race being hosted another time are: A server crash; nobody present at the time of start; and lastly, the rare scenario where everybody gets disqualified from the race.
- Rules are the server rules, players misbehaving will be sanctioned according to the severity of the rule that was broken. Serious rule breaking can lead to removal of points, event disqualification and, lastly, a server ban.

Races will be hosted each saturday and sunday. That way people that work and or study can participate too if they are interested. This also gives time for players to practice the race tracks during the course of the week in order to bring a higher level of competitiveness. The level of your performance will be in your hands.
I aim to respect the schedule of the races and bring stability to the tournament as a result, but unforeseen events are not impossible, so it is important that you check the forum from time to time to stay up to date with the news.
The winner of this event will also be rewarded with
admin level a forum medal similar to the one rockhardy earned in
2015.
