Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Using some sort of a cheat (something like F1 I guess).

Additional information:

 This is not the first time that's happened. It's already happened a few times after I had killed him several times. He blames it on the vcmp sync and ping, but his ping, as you can see in the video, is perfectly stable, one of the most stable pings in VCMP. In the screenshot below you will see that prior to the 'desync' he had reconnected several times, that's when I knew his 'desync' would happen, so I started recording. I usually record all my sessions, but I didn't really expect this to happen yet another time, so I deleted all of my recordings. If this video is not enough, I'll continue recording and hopefully obtain more evidence.

Second thing you didnt kill me when this happened, after evertime i do that i spawn again but not in the mansion in the place where does the spawn menu exists then af=ter sometime i got teleported to the mansion: The targets disappear and i cant see players (sorry for my bad english )
I didnt blame for ping, i just said that my brother is using wifi so he's making my internet bad, sometimes he stops using so i could play but in other times he gets back using(i really apopologize for my english )

Niky, he's clearly desynced and it seems to me that it works both sides. I'm not certain what's the cause but I'd like to ask a question before taking any actions. Panzer, does this happen frequently and if yes can you record a video and show it to us?

Besides, I don't see this as potentially harmful since you can neither hit him nor vice versa.

Guys in the video(in my perspective) i couldnt see any of the players i went to the roof(pls check the chatbox) then i jumped and still cant see any players i saw somewho saying"wtf" i knew he was meant to count on me but i apologized with respect stating that my brother is using wifi so he's making my internet bad(i have 10gb internet per month so if it is done it becomes bad and when my brother's using it when the 10gb are completed it becomes badder and sometimes when i join i couldnt see the spawn even(if you want to make a video on youtube)YES since my brother doesnt stop using wifi so ill try to play when he's not doing this and i explained to Milko that i was desynced but he couldnt understand until he pissed me off so i said"go post on the forums"idc"
note that i cant upload the video very soon because"my connection" only at night late it evives and becomes fast
you can clearly note that i walk through the car in the video cuz i said i cant see the cars and players that proves that im desynced

It's not harmful, but it can give you advantage, for like distraction (everybody is focused on the desynced player while his teammates can easily take them out).

Yes, it happens too often. His ping always looks fine and it always happens after I've killed him a few times. First comes the reconnect spam, then he does that desync shit. In the video you can clearly see his ping is perfectly fine, but if that video is not enough, I'll be capturing more of his gameplay.

Hey niky you banned me without hesitation for one month claiming that im using F1 hack or whatever you're calling it, ban me theres no problem but im innocent.Well since we all can't understand what's happening i suggest that a developper must get himself here and explain!!This is the only thing i hated in LW: Admins ban players without any investigation because the first time when i got banned i was desynced

Nah not really, I just want you to stop doing whatever it is you're doing. You're the first and only player ever to be in such a situation. Blaming your internet while it's doing good makes no sense.

I don't think I will be able to satisfy everyone here but Niky when you are unsure please discuss with rest of the team, there's no rush or anything because those kinda situations are delicate.

As for PANZER please don't play while this occurs as it can be really annoying and distractive also I'd be happy to see a video from your perspective when it happens because I really can't guess, considering that your ping is indeed stable.
