Uhm... I can't see the player's HP in your video evidence, so it's kinda hard for me to make a decision on this one, while I believe that when you're engaged in combat and do /kill it's considered as death evade(especially when the player is on low health). Someday the rules should be updated to avoid all these conflicts. I'll issue a warning this time, thanks for reporting.
