Honestly didn't think Germany would lose that match against Mexico, it was kind of disappointing. I was hoping for Spain to win as well, but Penaldo did great with his well known shots. Croatia did play really well also, and this year i'm fully supporting my homeland team - Serbia. They showed some good potential in that game with Costa Rica, so i'm hopeful in that matter. Overall, this year's World Cup will be quite interesting.
As for candidates, i'd go for Russia, Spain, Mexico and Brazil. Although seeing how the tournament is going so far, anything is possible tbh. I wouldn't be surprised seeing Swiss, Serbia, Croatia or Portugal as winners. For now though, let's enjoy the upcoming (hopefully) exciting matches! Good luck to everyone.
