In the year end awards section of vcmp there is best death evader of the year what it means that we can evade like professional death evade?so that people didnt understand that we evaded or not?

Death evasion = punishment

constantly doing it = high and enforced punishment

There are people who death evade and don't ever care about the punishment they can receive; means they evade, wait two weeks for unban, evade again, and so.

Of course, death evading is not allowed, but the people that constantly do this are taken into account to be given that award.

Just adding that, It's not really an achievement award though that get's praised. It's sort of like a negative award(?) to mock the player. The year end awards are mostly for fun purpose than taken seriously around the community.
