yes I can confirm, he started abusing me so I kicked him once and he still didn't stop I gave him a long mute so he won't repeat the same thing but he rejoined and got rid of his mute.

A small 3 days ban will be enough I suppose as it's been for all the other players breaking such low severity rules .
