Can't connect to server problem

Can someone help me solve this issue?

When i try to login into the server it shows this:

Open up your VC:MP browser, go to Tools -> Settings. Then at the bottom, replace the Updater URL to http://u04.vc-mp.org/
Then try to connect again.
