Additional information: he made about 70 spree before I kicked him, later "123caner321" was killing him repeatedly.

According to PAC, both of the accounts are related to each other. He's playing from two different PC's but the IP address appears to be same. I've given two weeks ban to both of them. Thank you for the evidences.
