it seems as that peoples backs is already up on this topic.
every time something is mentiond about things that havnt been done as they should, people always suggest go to higher admins, sometimes thats dosnt make a diff, sometimes things get delt with when there more public, if there is a problem why should it be hidden away?
if someone dosnt agree, why hide how you feel, bush it under the carpet, as long as there isnt any flaming involved or any personal rudness like what lilly has had to witness, then why cant admin hold there hands up and accept the critisism,
ban appeals, when someone posts in a ban appeal when its not about them, there posts used to get deleted.
can you impliment the same procedures for the 20% of people who dont wanna flame the admins but would like a amicable discussion and they can learn from mistakes, or take this oppotuinity to defend there self, if they truly belive the critisism is wrong, coz we have to admit that not all critisism is right, sometimes its just ppl who are angry and misunderstand. but there should be more communication between players and admins, least that way things might be handled better
just my opinion, but perhaps worth a try, i know that they used to be a admin abuse post thing before and it was removed after a week i think, but instead of closing or deleting topics just monitor them a bit more, and if someone think you have done something wrong, dont get your back up staright away, remeber there is a reason why this person has this assumption.
