Duel Arena Rules Question..

You may not shoot in the duel arena after you pass the first barrier also you can not stand in front of the first barrier and shoot anyone who comes out of the duel arena.

So we can't shoot in the duel arena, unless we're dueling, obviously. What about attacking players in the duel arena 'spectator area' without guns; fist, feet, bats, etc...? Is that allowed?
