Also, do not go on the admin roof - if u do Popz and Dugi come ingame and kill u with miniguns, then they hunt u for hours and hours for being on the admin roof

a minigun is a strong weapon, which is usually not avalible on the server.
You might have been desync to the RUS player
The tank is avalible at the army, only once a week, not easy to get.
The admin roof, is over the galigula casino, admins respawn there if they want, there are vehicles, locked for players, only avalible for mods and admins.
