you could write a letter to rockstar, what happend, maybe if you send them the broken cd + a lil money u ll get a new one, there might stand something about it in your manual.  ;)

i did that for fun one day i forced the drive to run at 52x and the cd explode inside the dive ( not recommand as it also took my whole drive and the cd dive door had broke and the cd pecies flow every where)
