Is Server Is Closed For every1 ???

When I Join LWs It Shows Me 9999 Ping and 0/0 players.  :'(

Is It Closed For Every1 Or Just Me  ???

It was flooded earlier with the ViP Labrick/sony flood thing. Didn't do anything except flood the deathbox. Don't think it was ddos'd.
