All is explained below about my evade... So, bear with the damn post and make sure to read it all to the end, pls thx.
But first a disclaimer.
What I am about to say on my own bann evading was done by me and me alone...
[JOKER] and especialy Egg had absolutely no knowledge of my evade what so ever as I never told a single soul of my intention to go down this path. [JOKER] frowns upon all forms of evade collctively as a clan and knows of the disasterous reprecussions that such encouragement would have to the clan... It is for this reason and this reason alone that I am stepping down from [JOKER] for fear of reprisal. My evade also had nothing what so ever to do with [JOKER]Egg and I hope that he is still allowed to persue his appeal as he sees fit. I will continue to lend him all the support that I possibly can, the fact of the matter is; I remain a primary witness to his wrongful banning from LW's server over a so-called "haxed car."
I always made it my attention to evade alone and I am sure that anyone of LW's regulars who enountered "Uncle_Spunk_Nugget" or "Knob_Goblin" always encountered me alone.
I must admit though, there were some regulars who knew about my evading as I had told them myself while in game or dropped shared hints of humour that they quickly picked up upon. One or two guessed it was me from my fighting style, mannerisms and crude humour as well as my potty mouth no doubt... There are certain people who fit into this category who I would like to expose as "not reporting a ban evader" who have attempted to make my evasion period hell as they thought I was a poorly nub, lol. Fuck that! That's not my style, then again... There is one I may mention. Deal with it as you see fit and keep this in mind, I have evidence...
As far as I know, no admin knew of my conduct and thus never turned a blind eye upon my activities as an evader. The reason why I bring this last tidbit up in particular is because as of late I have seen certain LW's regulars, who are persistant rule breakers and who have been punished as such, boasting of having connections on the admin team. I know that these are clearly idle boasts and I want to say myself that I make no such threats myself and never hid behind lies, threats or boasing such as these in an effort to glean special treatment of anykind...
On with the show...
Allright, I dont know the whole story about this whole Egg/winni "haxed" car drama, I did not read and know everything about it, but I can point out some stuff which might be usefull, these opinion are based on what I know of it so dont get me wrong or anything.
Sounds fair and it's nice to see that someone is willing to post a response here that is level headed and full of common, though very opinionated, sense. Thx.
That car was not "haxed" nor "hacked" this is a common bug in SA-MP (Egg might have said "haxed" but that doesn't mean winni or Egg actually hacked it). [Nx]Driven was paused in a car which causes this bug, if you blow up the car while someone is pausing in it then it blows up but you can still ride in it, so it was NOT indeed "haxed" but it was a SA-MP bug.
That is what we have said all along and as i have quoted SUPER in this post here, SUPER seems to agree too...

I understand that winni in Egg got banned for this bug but I dont think they deserved a permanent or such a long ban for it, LW useually bans people for bugs only some days or weeks depending on their history of bug abusing, so imo SUPERBAD was wrong for banning them for such a long time.

Well I dont know if the admins were indeed wrong with Egg's ban - winni you know Egg made that video called "LW Truth" or something similair which was going on on the LW forums inside signatures etc, it's called boycotting LW and it wasn't very nice of Egg to make such a video.. a natural response would be perm banned Egg. So I think that he was not only banned for this "haxed car" but for multiple reasons such as that video and apperently evading and flaming (accoring to Ez).
That video was made long after Egg was perma bannt tbh but I can see from your post how easy it is things such as these can be mixed up. However, I'm sure that people can understand why it is we were pissed off too and committed our seperate faults as we did individualy.
Also, he was wrongly permabannt from the forums too as SUPER asked him through two other people (Shark and Kmann) and not personaly, to not post on any other part of the forums. Egg got permission from another admin to make more posts in a "complaints" thread started up by Lilly regarding a temp bann by her of [JOKER]DaViD who did not want to post an appeal for a ban he felt was unjustified. Despite recieving this permission, SUPERBAD perma bannt Egg from the forums and used "posted four times" as a primary excuse for this unfair treatment.

About you ban evading on another nickname, I found out you evaded afther you got unbanned (I ignored it tho, and thought meh just forget about it). You CANT tell me you spended 18 HOURS evading in-game to get hold of an admins and pm them trying to get unbanned (thats what you told me..), thats a lie :/ ! I just higly doubt that and I think you were just evading so you could play on LW.
This part is a little hazy to you I think. Either you contacted me from IRC or I pm'd you under my evader name to ask why were the [JOKER]winni and winni4tubes accounts still bannt. While we were talking, with you telling me that you couldn't find that I was unbanned, I answered some flame from Swampy that had sadly carried over from a pwning I gave him in the days B4 Oct 20th, and then after the usual "noob" "noob" "noob" buisiness between us, I said "STFU! it's winni u idiot!" or something to that effect... Lolz...
Not something that your average evader would do, eh?
Anyhow!
Even after Swampy started screaming "evader" and "bann that evader dick" I still didn't think nothing of this and made hardly any effort to hide at all. Also, I was very apathetic this whole display by Swampy, as he was one of the people I pm'd in game to hint, heavily hint that it was me evading. This I did under my original evader name "Uncle_Spunk_Nugget."
This warped logic can be explained by I myself having had very, very little experience of the banning and appeals system first hand tbh. The only time I was officially bannt b4 this whole "haxed car" episode was handled outside of the appeals process by the intervention of another member of management... I always thought that punishment evade simply meant an extension of ban for those who were temp banned. Considering how long I was banned for I got immpaient and found out froman LVP mod that I could probably return once the ban cache was wiped, following a server upgrade or something, provided I changed my nick ofc. I didn't give a rats ass about "extentions" to my bann as I was being treated as if I was permabannt anyhow.
Although my main intention became the testing out of certain players for my own ends as a test of skill and to see how I would rate after such a long time out of the server this was not what I had evaded for at all. My original intention was to login with my old accounts winni4tubes and [JOKER]winni in an effort to bring new focus to my appeal and my being banned for so damn long. Even when I found out about being able to post on the LW's forums, b4 I found out myself that the server ban cache had been wiped, I didn't post anything on the LW's forums as I felt that I was no-longer apart of the community even though I was apparently only temp banned. I thought to myself that it would be a gd idea to build up a little name for myself as a fighter b4 I pulled off my final gamble of logging in with the intention of getting myself bannt to bring awareness to my plight anew.
Whatelse can I say other than... I'm an idiot!!
Sadly the 18 hours can be explained as me getting carried away... I have never made any excuses for my conduct or my misbehavior ever, to my own detriment both here and irl... And I continue to stick by this erring sense of responsibility to the bitter end.
Here is a log of my evader times... Sadly there are no dates but I believe that I started evading early October and finished up a few weeks latter sometime close to the 20th when I was finally unbannt.

We didn't flame in the other post b4 and it was locked... Go figure but shit happens and I understand /rules etc but not the hostility I have recieved first hand from people who this appeal has nothing to do with and who have had no interest in learning anything about on their parts what so ever.
Remember I dont know everyhing about this "haxed car" thing, I'm not admin anymore either.. maby some stuff happend which I dont know about.. well hopefully I made a bit sense here and my comments were usefull xD

I see you both (Egg and winni) got unbanned, then later got rebanned again cause they found out you both ban evaded, I know for a fact that you (winni) evaded, I dunno about Egg but most likely he evaded too.. so thats fair I guess and I doubt you both will be unbanned.

Firstly Egg was never unbanned at all. Secondly I have outlined my reasons for evade above... Evidence in my case isn't an issue, as I have provided it myself above. I know I did wrong. As the original post said above, we are looking for answers and speaking for myself, this is my only prerogative. Just answers. I never expected to be unbannt at all since very early on in this fight. I know now in retrospect that I broke the /rules when it came to evade, sadly I would never deny this. As I have explained above I created this Catch-22 senario to put pressure on certain friendly admins familiar with my case and anger regarding this ban to act and help me get the server owner's attention as management had completely failed me... I got carried away evading once my blood got up and my anger got the better of me in dealing with a hostile clan and other people who thought that they could just treat another "unknown" or "noob" like a piece of shit. So I turned the slurry hose on 'em and ended up getting covered in shite myself!!
Sadly this is all I really have to say on this subject.
I for one have never asked for special treatment even though I have been accused of "expecting special treatment as a regular at LWs" (that said, I was never made to feel like a regular and even stiffled under the association that eventually came, distancing myself whenever I could, ever the non-conformist...). But I do feel that I have recieived special treatment at the hands of SUPERBAD directly and other admins and players misguided desires to use the admin system for their own petty ends... Egg feels the same, he never asked for special treatment but was treated especially bad in his case.
I was wronged and reacted in "a" wrongful manner after a long period of time but at the end of the day, what else was I expected to do?
