that's a problem with 1 time pickups (or timed ones)

1: Race start
2: Someone picks up a 1 time only car change
3: He changes into.. let's say a hunter
4: Someone joins
5: He gets send the map
6: The pickup is still there for him
7: He picks it up, on his side, he's a hunter now!
8: Now wait.. people already in the server don't have it there anymore since someone took it before he joined!
9: Flying guy! (for the others)
