Nope.
Majority of samp players does not even know how to do this (hence a lot of people complaining about allowing switching right now, even though most of them at least switched by accident on various occasions already). Never seen someone doing the cbug by accident (without knowing what he is doing).
Bottom line: switching is very easy to do, even for beginners. If you ain't deaf and able to think a little, you should be capable of doing it. Cbug however requires some practice to succeed.
For people still out there complaining about "n00b" players not knowing how to switch
You will find that alot of new players switch without knowing, by removing this rule it saves alot of admin time and alot of player time, also can make fights more interesting and will stop people screaming "OMG SWIITHHCVIEHC!"

The thing I'm wondering about is, where will you play then? I for myself can't name a single other server enforcing such a "switching " rule besides lw's (not even talking about finding a server with an equal playercount here). Can you?
