doesnt matter, just reinstall the san andreas (you probably have modded files) and everything will work as usual (had the same problem )

Have you tried deleting gta_sa.set from My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files ? Most of the time this fixes my problems with GTA_SA.

Try adding it to your firewall exceptions. Or download an unistaller which will remove sa and samp from your registery. So it removes all traces of gta from your computer then reinstall it? other then that well..... Your on your own kid  .

Crashes are normal, you can't do jack shit about it..
Just restart your game and hope you won't crash in the next few hours/minutes :p

Crashes are normal (as stated). If it is making the game impossible to play we need more information:

1. Where it crashes
2. Computer spec's
3. Is there anything else running
4. Was it a CD purchase or steam
5. What are the intervals between crashes

I belive that this may be the amount of objects in the server.

If this was the case then a lot more people would not be able to play
