I found him on the strip, and he was like "OMG i'm on fire, somebody record me and send me the video"

I had nothing better to do so I recorded him, I left the game, came back, and he was banned.

If you can't see the name, just go into fullscreen and in the beginning of the first clip you can see his name pretty clear.
