Since like a week ago i cant enter in the serv:

player are 0/0
ping is 9999

When i try to connect it always says:"connection didnt respond, retrying

The serv is down again, region ban, ip change or what the hell?

It could be that you're affected by the ban as well. Just try once or twice a day, I'm sure the ban will be lifted soon and you'll be able to get back on.

It's either block (not ban) south-central america, or keep the serverdown for everybody. If an attack comes from this zone, the zone has to be blocked or either the server wouldn't resist the attack.
