Simple as, it would be nice if Fluffy started out with more vehicle health so it lasts longer, cause right now it blows up real fast.

I would say, double. I suppose it's as normal cars 1000 to start with, so I would say 2000 or 2500?

It is 2500 atm. How about 5000? The S.W.A.T. Truck in the special shop got 20000 btw.
