Bridge to Captain, we have reached a new low.

That .gif is obviously fake. The throwing of the cheese and the cheese lying on the newspaper were filmed seperately, then cut and edited together in the way it looks like the cheese did land like that after being thrown. It's staged.

Wake up. The manipulation is real.

Just go to mandelbulber.com

Install that thing, go to "fractal" options, and set it to 4D.

It's freaking awesome. But very very very very hungry for ur hardware ressources.

Well.. there is not much to know about it. It's some fractal thingy rendered by a formula. The complexity is infinite, so you can zoom in however far you want. You pretty much zoom deeper and deeper at interesting looking points, hoping to find a nice pattern somewhere.

When you find an interesting pattern u can increase the render resolution, to make screenshots with higher resolution. If you comp is fast enough you can, of course, use full HD all the time.

And don't ask me how that guy in the video from Enzo made that smooth camera movement. No idea. Took him probably days of rendering.

Btw here u can haz my current desktop wallpaper (not by me, thought):

the programm has a feature for animations.
View > Show Animation Dock
You can either fly through the thing with mouse control and record that (not recommended - very high resource usage), or save screenshots as keyframes while exploring the fractal, then render an animation from it.
